Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to enter Vietnam exactly on the arrival date stated on my Vietnam eVisa?

No, you don't have to enter Vietnam exactly on the arrival date listed on your Vietnam eVisa. Your Vietnam eVisa is valid from the start date to the end date clearly stated in the approval document. You can enter Vietnam at any time within this period. Example: If your Vietnam eVisa validity is from 1 May 2025 to 1 June 2025 (single entry), you can enter Vietnam anytime starting from 1 May 2025. However, you cannot enter before 1 May, and you must leave Vietnam on or before 1 June 2025.

Can I obtain a Vietnam eVisa if I'm not sure which airport or border gate I'll enter through?

Yes, you can. Vietnam eVisa holders can enter and exit through international checkpoints approved by the Vietnamese Government for eVisa use. As of 2026, there are 83 approved eVisa checkpoints, including airports, land border gates, and seaports. When applying, you are asked to provide your intended entry and exit checkpoints. If your travel plans later change, make sure the new airport, land border, or seaport is on the current approved eVisa checkpoint list before you travel. For example, if you originally selected Hanoi Airport (HAN) but later change your flight to Ho Chi Minh City Airport (SGN), that is perfectly fine as both are approved eVisa entry points. If you are unsure, contact us before departure. Note: make sure you enter within the validity dates shown on your Vietnam eVisa.

What if my Vietnam eVisa has incorrect information, such as my date of birth, full name, or passport number?

All personal details on your Vietnam eVisa must exactly match the information in your passport. Even a small error, such as a single incorrect letter or number, will render your visa invalid. In such cases, immigration officers may deny you entry into Vietnam. Unfortunately, Vietnam eVisas cannot be corrected or amended once issued. If there is any incorrect information on your Vietnam eVisa, you will need to apply for a new visa. We strongly recommend double-checking all your details before submission to avoid delays or complications.

When should I apply for a Vietnam eVisa?

It is advisable to initiate your Vietnamese eVisa application at least two weeks before your intended travel date to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Can I still get a Vietnam visa if my flight is tomorrow?

For eligible cases, we may be able to support emergency processing in as fast as 2 working hours, subject to document readiness and case eligibility. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp for the fastest assistance.

Can you help if my Vietnam eVisa application is still pending?

Do you work on weekends or public holidays?

Please contact us directly for the latest advice, as availability may depend on your nationality, case type, timing, and Vietnam public holiday schedules.

What documents do I need for urgent Vietnam visa processing?

You will normally need your passport copy, passport-style photo, arrival date, arrival airport, phone number, home address, visa type, and emergency contact details.

How will I receive my approved Vietnam evisa?

Your approved Vietnam evisa will be sent to you by email as soon as it is issued.
